This promises to be an unforgettable occasion: On July 27th, at 4:30 p.m., we will hold a special "Formal/Semi-Formal" dinner banquet at the Veteran’s Association of North County, 1617 Mission Ave, Oceanside, CA.

Dear Friend,

Shiloh Church of God in Christ will be celebrating our 60th Church Anniversary. This event will recognize Shiloh's 60-year history in Oceanside and the many positive changes that have occurred during the leadership of all of the Pastors and members of Shiloh Church of God in Christ, since 1964. Tickets are on sale now. Shiloh Church!s involvement in the Oceanside community has had a great impact on countless lives and families over the past 60 years. During this time, the Church has been a leader in community outreach programs and initiatives which include, but are not limited to:

  • Consistent volunteer support of Brother Benno's Foundation, an organization that provides food and clothing to the less fortunate within our area

  • Annual Thanksgiving Dinner for the homeless

  • Sponsorship of a free Community Outreach on the Beach

  • Emergency Financial Assistance Program (utility bill pay service)

  • Annual Christmas Toy Giveaway (providing for over 1,000 children)

  • Establishment of Civic Action and Concerns Committee that works with civic leaders in addressing some of the social ills of our city and community (i.e., affordable housing, etc.)

  • Weekly Convalescent Home Outreach (reaching out to the elderly)

  • Monthly Food Distributions which has helped thousands of residents in the Oceanside community

  • Annual and Semi-Annual large scale community outreach programs that has given over 100,000 pounds of food away to the needy, several hundreds of items of clothing, toys and much more.

  • Financial Support for Missionaries in Kenya, Uganda and Israel; also helping to provide food, water, and Bible to villagers and support for war torn refugees.

  • Quarterly Support for Operation Hope of Vista, CA (providing meals to homeless families and helping to rehabilitate families out of poverty)

Tickets are on sale now for you and your members for $100 per adult and $20 per child (under 10). Tickets include a memory book, banquet dinner and a gift bag.
